I've never had them not give me the right pieces except for one time when they gave me multiple extras of parts I ordered. Doubled checked the order and they gave me like 5 or 6 of the same torso when I only ordered one. It was a butter yellow Hawaiian shirt so not exactly something I'd use that many of, but whatever.
