Easy, I'd take the Sock'em Boppers. Moon Shoes kinda sucked ass even as a kid. Having them as an adult would just make them a huge disadvantage since they're pretty clunky and cumbersome. You could easily topple someone over who's wearing them.

Everyone seems to be neglecting that having the shoes on means you can't kick or move easily but you can actually punch while having the boppers means you have a distinct mobility advantage and freedom of kicking but can't do anything with punches.

The comparison between the two needs to be viewed in reverse and is the equivalent of: who wins in a fight, someone with pillows on their feet vs someone with pillows on their hands. Ultimately I would give the win to whoever is more proficient with their advantage but I think overall the boppers are less of a disadvantage for most people. A filipino kick fighter is definitely going to rape with the boppers vs themselves while a boxer might be able to compensate for the shoes and pull off the KO on themselves.
