No, we need a Chinese company to soullessly reproduce the towers as they stood that morning in horrific detail. I want breakaway facades in the correct shape of the impacts. I'll allow mist-smoke since the oil-based smoking units aren't healthy to use indoors. LED's should make simulating the intense fire--and how it spread to additional floors--so easy even a Chinese wagie can do it.
Some collapsing features would be nice. But I'd also settle for a "freeze frame" of after both towers had been hit, with lots of little micro-machine sized rescuers assembled around the base.
