I asked HLJ to ship some items on November 6th, but the order is still listed as pending. Is there something I have to do on my end to get them to ship it?

Their "NEW!! Automated for faster shipping!!!" system fucked up resulting in a month of down shipping.

I paid to ship a bunch of shit around the end of last month before they announced the shipping suspension and only got my shit today.

Combine with how badly they are allowing DHL and fedex to rip their customers off for shipping I wouldn't recommend using them till they get their shit strait, not that your shit will be shipping anytime soon.

Yeah, that fucking "Handling Fee" is a killer cause it's based on the number of items, so if you want to keep that fee low, you have to do multiple orders which is still costing you more. This must be a Japan thing cause I'm not getting that fee with my Korean orders thru FedEx. HLJ just sent an "Apology" letter. LOL

I've told this story in the figma thread but at least you're getting your stuff, they didn't even fulfill my 2b figma order 2 days after release, asked what's going on, they said there weren't getting any, they hadn't cancel my order so I asked nicely and to their credit they did
Only for her to get in stock days later, oh well I had gotten it off amiami by then but still what a shit show
