It's 1:76 scale, so it's smaller than the usual 1:64 matchbox cars, and they're unlicensed so they use a 'letter-number' model name (This blue Skyline is C64). This specific variant has brass wheels for drifting, but there are ones with rubber tires too.
There doesn't appear to be a convenient way to buy directly from the manufacturer's website, but it does list the model names for thier different cars. Here is a link to their 'drift' category:
