Is Mega actually fucking dead now? Will Mattel Brick shop EVER put out anything other than Hot Wheels? Why is Mattel rebranding Halo sets if they have not announced anything new? Will they ever do anything other than Halo?

Pretty sure it wasn't Mattel's call to make. Besides, IPs tend to migrate back and forth between Mattel and Lego over the years. I'm sure they'll get it back in time.

I'm surprised they held onto the license for so long. Considering that Mega and Lego have shared the following licenses:

Pirates of the caribbean
Marvel
TMNT

The only place where Lego has outdone Mega is obviously Marvel
