I feel like i could save mega construx i would appeal to eastern markets by having a line based on shonen manga like fire force or JJK
For production i think they could slightly upscale the figures and diversify the body types I would want higher resolution faces which will cost more money but it will need to actually look good

For single hero type single figures they would be priced at 8.99$ they would have the brick compatible mega construx hands but also interchangeable posed hands (exclusive to the single packs or at least these get more options) I would have this for Medium -High popularity characters like Yuji, Shinra, Goku. main cast but not too popular and not special forms also characters like panda with the different bigger body types would go here
For the most popular characters like Gojo or Sukuna Or Gokus forms ect they will go in the blind bag
Super poseable mini figures of anime figures would sell like hot cakes the gacha aspect would sell in the eastern audience but also the cheaper accessibility of anime figures would do well.
Also the gooner audience would by the figures as i wouldn't censor female body types
There would be 10-20$ sets
Domain Expansion Sets (JJK) two characters medium size base with small builds like a shinto shrine gate
Small Vehicles with 1-2 figures like any akira toriyama vehicle
Small demon slayer battles sets with 3 figures 2 slayers and one of the moons
frieza pod with namek base maybe two generic frieza force figures
Akira bikes but i wouldn't bring out nostalgia shit till year 3 we open with The most popular manga and dragon ball
One piece small island battle scenes
There would be 30-40$ dollars sets
The Matchbox (enen no shouboutai) with 5 figures shinra, maki, obi, iris, and hinawa
First wave is Dragon Ball MHA JJK
Second wave is Chainsaw man One Piece Demon Slayer
Third wave Boruto/Naruto JOJO Dandadan
third wave will have minibags that are just general shonen jump to test out smaller manga imagine clean picrel with sculpted nose

Funko: Less quantity and more quality. Stick to their strengths instead of trying new things constantly.
Jakks Pacific: Make new figures in general, and include some characters that are less popular but still well known. Do this for both Sonic and Mario, and push back with sales numbers to show those releases will be fine (probably more of an issue at Nintendo if I were to guess). And re-release harder to find figures on occasions.
