Are they good quality? They are pretty expensive so I wonder if they are worth it, what material are they? Hard plastic? There are a few franchises that I like that have this stuff

I have one of a powered-down All Might that's made of rubber that I think would pick up stains just by looking at it wrong. I could be wrong though lol.
