It's safe to use without staining or residue, especially since I only used it for the 2 seconds it took to shoot those. the bases of her shoes aren't perfectly level so though her articulation and balance is quite nice (as you can see) she will fall over without it.
Yeah. The Smile! ones too. It's a real shame when they don't come with at least their weapons, even Lemonade came with her sword. I've ended up using other magical girls wands or other wand like toy objects for cure happy. I feel like their primary weapon is the least you can expect.
