They're probably holding them back until the big book promotion starts. A lot of stores just stock them once they get them in, but I think they're kinda supposed to hold off. People occasionally have issues buying them before the promotional period.

I think the one with the big entrance armour is an online exclusive (and is the better one to get) but I bought mine for sale at TRU and it just has two masks and a cape.
