today i went to a store called anime image in manhattan (NYC) to buy MGS2 solid snake figma for my B-day. they had a really sweet line up of figmas, SH arts, revoltech, etc. i also saw they had PAK tifa lockhart. i'm a huge final fantasy fan tifa being my favorite girl(and my waifu). the whole time i was there i was debating between solid snake and tifa. i wanted both but it would have been more then 200USD for just 2 figures. i already have both PA tifa's and STATIC ARTS MINI( square enix nendoroid ripoff) tifa. in the end i bought the figma which costed me 100USD.(buying it online would have been a hassle). i spoke to the clerk a bit about me wanting tifa too but could not afford it and would come back. he told me please do because PAK was a bad investment for him and wanted to get rid of the ones he had on the self. i should have asked him to give me a discount and i would have bought tifa off of him but i didn't because tight budget. right now i'm beating myself up for not asking him for a discount on tifa and if i did i would have still been beating myself up for spending more money then i had planed.
