Also other anon is correct, all BJDs are completely strung, all pieces.
They usually have two main ones (hand to hand, head to feet), but nowadays people tend to switch to three strings (hand to hand, 2x head to single foot).
They can pose well, but usually need some help to keep their poses, like sueding the joint sockets.
Maybe look for a video of how BJDs are strung.
Instead of blowing your money on cheap substitutes better keep it and start saving.
Money you blow on getting this one nice is wasted if you aim for something higher.
