It's almost Christmas time!
I participated in the Secret Santa last year and it was a lot of fun, so I figured if we start a little early and begin planning now we can have another good year of gift giving.

Should we have one fixed price range like last year?

When does registration need to end for people to have enough time to shop and ship?
