>>5264113It was inconsistent as fuck, but he could have put a stop to it. But I guess he wanted to allow merchandising rights to shit he didn't write so he could get a share of it.
The shit I did care about was the best stuff, like Heir to the Empire, Shadows of the Empire, and I sort of liked the first 5-6 books of TNJO. We can all agree that shit like the Christmas specials were abysmal.
>>5262947I remember this shit. It was a junior high-level book, iirc. My best friend's dad let me borrow that one. It was bad.
>>5262447>>5262487This guy gets what I was saying. I never got hazed or anything, but got shunned/mocked for wearing a 1997 Trilogy Special Edition or Queen Amidala shirt and they threw away whatever Star Wars novels I was reading (or hid them really well-- I searched lost and found and all that jazz and never found them) so I had to resort to putting book covers on paperbacks after the third time, so I could read them on a two hour bus ride home. The guys at school were chill with it, didn't care. The girls went out of their way to be harpies for my not acting "normal". And now their uterine parasites are interested in it and suddenly they're ~the biggest fans ever~?
I'll work on shoveling the 20 year collective beach out of my vag, though. I've come to terms that what I liked most died a long time ago.
