What I know is: It's from around 2000, May be called jackhammer, some kind of transforming toy, Red/orange colour with white claws, no wings (that I could see), Robot head springloads from the base of the dragon neck, Robot mode seems asymetrical, Pretty sure it's not a official transformer, I can't provide a actually picture as I'm going off a vhs tape.
