She was great in TAS (and even then, only in a couple of scenes). She's a bit anoying in other media though, namely the New 52. She's insufferable nowadays.

Sometimes, boring just works. She's Harley Quinn. she dresses up like a harlequin. no need to sexy it up more or overcomplicate. The simple, two tone look of the original is more iconic and memorable.

As someone who loves her classic costume, I really dig that figure. I just wish they would return to her classic costume instead of all of these variations on it we've gotten through the Arkham games, New 52, and Suicide Squad movie.
