>>5328681Warbotron is so far proving themselves to be so fucking hit or miss with designs and engineering. I really like their Bruticus set for the most part but there are a few decisions that irk me, mostly in Brawl being as plain as he is, not having an option to store the shield on his back without the gun, and his shoulders being set so close to his body. It would have been nice to have them extend outwards on a slider to give him a more dynamic look. Then we have Blastoff and how his arms basically don't go anywhere in arm mode. Oh yeah, and we can't forget the gestalt feet using clear plastic as the ratchet tabs. It was nice that they included an extra set but if you expected those things to snap so easy, then why do that in the first place? It's a heavy figure and expecting clear plastic to bear that much load is just asinine. Also, the whole lot of them seem to suffer from some tolerance issues somewhere or other.
Looking at their Computron though, just man what a cluster fuck... It's generally to be expected when the alt modes are all Cybertronian but damn, the thing is a big bulky mess. I bought Afterburner as a stand-alone because I had a particular attachment to his G1 toy and I absolutely love him and I might get Lightspeed because he also looks pretty cool but the rest of the team looks so crap and I have no intentions of completing the set.
It's a shame really though. Warbotron shows so much potential but they also show just as much tendency to shit the bed.
