Except to maintain a trademark, you also have to show that you are using it. You can't just squat on one and do nothing.

Which is why you sometimes see some random one-off shit being made. It's the company throwing money away to keep the trademark.

Mighty Max? Awesome, hope they don't ruin it but would love to see mini playsets make a huge comeback. Those Star Wars ones are lackluster.

Dino Riders? Could be awesome, I'd be more itnerested in a potential TV show about it.

Street Sharks? I loved them as a kid but I think they were a product of their time, not really interested.

Looked it up and yeah this was from Oct. of this year so it's not stuck in development hell, but this sounds like something that gets stuck in development hell. Still a series would be more awesome than a movie. This has to be something silly. You can't take the concept literally.
