If 1/12-ish little nekkid bodies is the thing you're looking for, your best bet is too get those Japanese custom garage figures. Fully articulated figures are hard to come by & expensive, but possible to snag some off from YJA. Especially after an AK event. Search for "1/12", "custom", "bah-dy" as in body (all in katakana of course). Happy stalking.

If by accurate you mean realistic, then you're SOL and can only pick 2. To my knoeledge all loli figmoes are anime-styled. I'm not sure they can pull off crazy poses like that either.

I'm looking too it just sucks there's so little choices. Pic related is Bandai's AGP Erica, a bit stiff but I like it anyways
