All I have so far is Scarlet Rain. Is Mandarake still the best bet for getting a charming Drossel? I'm not really keen on he ¥10000-¥14000 price tag, if I can find her cheaper somewhere. What other cute robot grills should I pick up?

Entire limbs won't work without some hacking. The frame is totally different. But all the armor and MSG parts will work sine FAGs use the same 3mm peg system.

Out of all the Moenicle team only Kiri and her smaller sister are close to being robots, and that's fuzzy too.
Still, yes, building a lady is always an option.

Well I don't want to turn this thread into a "how to construct a lego robogirl" thread. I was really just showcasing the possibilities of lego robogirls. Besides, I'm sure people here are smart enough to know that if this is something they'd want to do they can go to lego general and ask for construction assistance over there.
