So im thinking of getting in contact with a chinese company, that has access to the muckman molds, and bootleg the unproduced muckman figure, does anyone have connections where i could get this idea made?

You could hope for a situation like the NECA Shawn of the Dead Ed figure. Official figure was never produced, and the factory stole the mold and just started cranking out kos of near equal quality.
