*Luke was not "orphaned". He lost his family due to the events of the film. Rey was abandoned at an early on Jakku. Only one of them fits the description, and only Rey lived in isolation. Luke has, for all intents and purposes, grown up normally. He has a social life, friends, etcetera. Rey has... a angerous scavenging lifestyle. For "portions".
*BB-8 did not land on Jakku to escape the First Order. It was on Jakku already when Poe told it to flee.
*San Tekka was dead already and never met Rey in the film.
*Rey and Finn escape the First Order without Han and Chewie's help. They meet only after they get away.
Honestly I could go on. There are definitely similarities but they were... DUN DUN DUNNNNNN! Intentional.
