It just depends on if you like Austin in jean shorts or black trunks, really. Alternatively, one of the coolest Austins has to be the old DM4 one, with the hunting jacket.
Best Mankind is without a doubt the Elite 17 one. It's pricey as fuck, though. You can get the recent Basic series Mankind for relatively cheap, especially because they repacked him into some of the newer waves due to demand. It's a great figure, other than the normal gimped nature of Basics. There was also a "boiler room" old school Mankind that Amazon released that is pretty solid. That one is mildly expensive.
