The Warbotron Guys are rumored to have fucked off from TFC because they didn't like being owned by Robot Kingdom. This explains their western focus and why their shit got knocked off so quickly. But the scale, design, and detailing doesn't really feel like TFC beyond choosing to start with Combiners TFC haven't done yet.
Generation Toy and Transformission are "sisters companies" so to speak but if they shot off from Warbotron they took the talent with them. Their Devastator is more like a revamped Giant.
MMC is Ocular Max and had some hand in Mech Ideas
Fansproject and Maketoys share designers and a factory so they might as well be sister companies.
UT and DX9 are related somehow.
Robot Kingdom owns a lot of companies like Perfect Effect, TFC, the late Igear, and I think Planet X. They're the distributor for a number of releases which is why the markup is so high for every other outlet and they get their shit first. There was some bad blood between them and Maketoys/Fansproject/MMC over selling or making KO's of their stuff which is why they don't sell their product on Robot Kingdom's site.
