IT's the same sculpt. Yeah, it's a different mold, but nothing was added to it. In fact, because it was likely remolded twice, it actually lost detail in the process of being enlarged.
Anyway, the point that I was making is that /toy/ thinks because the paint is different that the sculpt was changed.

Again, it's all in the lighting and the angle of the head that makes those details show up or not show up at all. The brow furrow is way more noticeable here.
As for why the eyes appear different, look at the close up here
http://i.4cdn.org/toy/1451996937903.jpg . Note how the paint apps are actually off centered, so the eyes begin lower than where the eyes are actually sculpted, going into the eye bags. The black/brown for the hair also goes lower than where the hair sculpt appears.
In all the reviews I've read, most of them say it's the same sculpt or are unsure of it. In MWCtoys review, he actually thinks the forehead and eyes are different, but all signs just point toward the paint apps making it appear that way as i just exampled.
