Hey guys, how is it going? Well, is there another shop to buy the SH Figuarts set of Super Mario? I cant find for reasonable prices like amiami. Im looking for the Bowser and the Set E. Pic Related!

Am I the only one happy with Bowsers size? I don't know, I like my displays to be kind of nice and tidy; I don't want a big giant Bowser, and this is way more reminiscent of much older Mario games which is kind of the vibe these figures are going for.

Well I feel the Jakks one is more just showing you're a trend retro nerd, being it's a dollar toy anyone can buy. The Figuarts one will look much nicer, not completely shiney, and with an accurate face sculpt. When I pose it along with my other figures, people will come into my room and find it to fit in, rather than to be a large chunk of cheap American plastic mixing in with my nice collectors display.

Who the fuck wants a tiny Bowser? This isn't the NES Era anymore, these are current designs, meaning current scale should apply. Bowser should be a Monsterarts scale figure at LEAST.

So everyone who goes to your room is a weeaboo? Or is this ronery wishful thinking?

That said, Jakks' Bowser is ugly and Bandai's is a McStatue. None of them are worth the going price, even if they were a buck.

Also, anyone what the articulation is like on the koopa and hammer bro? Just swivels or what?
Because it's really sad to see them just making statueshit when Jakks is actually able to do decent sculpts and give ball hinges like on this.

You know what i bought up day one and still don't regret it?
Paint and sculpt still hold up really well because it was top notch work. Only thing it really needs is more articulation.

You did not specify any specific design for Bowser or for Mario - and guess what? NEITHER DID FIGUARTS OR JAKKS!!!!

They didn't say "This is specifically from Super Mario Galaxy". If anything they seem to be like a mix of a modern representation with the old games too.
