But I do agree that the new characters are a bit of a sore spot for me too, but at least we got everybody eventually. Pretty sure everyone knew Wildrider and Slingshot were a given so I can't imagine AB and Offroad sold well, though.
I can't say I'm too unhappy about Rook though. It would be nice for us to get Groove at some point, but he's not worth double the price to buy the UW set for, and Rook is a good toy even without his combining gimmick.
Best thing I can say about UW is that once in a while a figure comes out that has horrible issues, and since Takara figures release later they might fix it. They didn't fix the hands on the Arcee/Nightbird mold, and they didn't fix the terrible Windblade mold for Slipstream, but they've shown that they MIGHT for a big ticket item like Devestator, so we might see the Takara version of Brawl getting a slight retool.
Although if people are buying the American version, we've also seen them do revisions in the west too, like with Motormaster.
