The first 2 naked figures are actually the first generation Polynians and the female pretty much Romeo and Juliette with a human soldier and show the two race can have children. Also they stopped the war by taking back a doomsday space laser weapon back from terrorists.
The next 2 clothed figures are generations later when they live peacefully with humans. There are also a third race, which are man-made Polynians with AI (blocky robot ones).
Female and male Polynians can both give birth, but the child is either Polynian or Human, not some crazy half plastic baby.
