2) Pop head off, remove scarf and hood
3) Undo belt, lift arms up, take robe off as if you were undressing a doll
4) Pop SHF Kylo apart at head, remove plastic hood and scarf
5) Pop SHF Kylo apart at waist, set belt aside, unpeg outer robe sections
6) Slide SHF Kylo torso into BS robe, pull arms through holes
7) Slide SHF belt over robe up to waist
8) Reattach SHF legs with underskirt under what you've got so far
Then either
9) Push BS Hood through SHF scarf, set on torso, reattach head
Or
9) Cut BS robe carefully to more screen-accurate length and hem
10) Use excess BS robe fabric to form new fabric scarf, fray edges
11) Set hood under BS robe, put new scarf over top and reattach head
