>>5412104>you're not allowed to disagree with someone else's point of view even if he sorta has the same view! that's troollllllling!Hate to break it to you, but two people can like chocolate for different reasons. However, when someone says chocolate is bad unless it's in star shapes, it starts to sound a little retarded.
I can understand people not liking the twirly bits, since it's becoming really noticeable, but going from liking something to saying it's shit just because of the same of base, it's a pretty extreme view.
Just take this picture for example. You have an orangey bronze 1mm stands showing. Then you have a clear plastic stand glistening a 2mm reflection, the outline of the plastic (for around 5mm in width), and the knobby joint sticking out.
If the whole point of a stand is to just stand a figure in a certain pose and be inconspicuous, which is doing a better job?
Yeah, i know there are people here who don't like it if it's not store bought or from their favorite company, but that's a pretty biased view, especially when there are literially thousands of examples of great looking wire stands.
Arguing over the base, i think, is pretty silly, but whatever, i showed wire stands with "finished" bases just for them. Yet they continue to drag along the other pictures, pretending I'm the one that posted them, just to prove me wrong somehow.
