If you want food, look into Orcara. I bought a few blind boxes of their fast food pack which are perfect for 1/12. The Sailor Moon cafe sweets pack on Amiami is also perfect for 1/12, though I bought that as a present for someone else. Those were made by Rement, but I tend to stray away from them because they're not always 1/12 scale. Again, look around at conventions - I was able to buy a huge pack of 1/12 steamed foods for about 4 bucks a pack (6 in each).
Explosions and other miscellaneous effects are made by Tamashii, and I believe they also make a wrestling/boxing ring you have to buy a quarter of at a time. Definitely cool for your display needs, especially for fights.
Also take a look at gofigureprops on ebay for other miscellaneous things. I used to work in a warehouse and I'm planning on grabbing a pallet jack from them, but there's also bundles of money, oil drums and a bunch of other random things, like shopping carts.
