The main series is still popular (although short in comparison, and obviously - eventually, the people interested in it will have been done with it), but :Re, the continuation is also popular. So it isn't by any means doing bad at all.
It could very well still be enjoyed ten years from now. It really depends on where the story goes, though, and when it ends/how it ends.
That aside, I don't really want the full cast, but there are a few characters with interesting designs that I hope they get to before the line is dropped, and currently, only one of those is really made, and that's Kaneki. The other two are not really interesting to me. Not that that will keep me from buying them, though.
Just a few more important, pivotal characters that have interesting enough designs.
