Hey, /toy/.

Can anyone with the Mezco Batman tell me what they think of it because I'm thinking about buying it.

I love the look of it but just want to make sure it's worth the £60 asking price.

It's nice. Functions well. Not going to blow you away, but won't disappoint. Retail cost was pretty much exactly what it was worth. May look out of place in an all-plastic display if that bothers you.

Do it. He is one of my favorite toys and he's just badass. His articulation gets the job done and he is able to pull off a lot of menacing "dark knight returns" poses. He also feels pretty hefty which i personally like for him. If your getting the black and grey version even better. I got the blue and gray px exclusive and I still love him.

It's too elongated. Miller's Batman is made of squares. If you could shorten and square off the chin more, itd' be better.

On the flip side, they did exactly that with the Mattel DKR built on the MOTUC body, and it came out with mixed results. Probably the best DKR Batman head at this size is the DC Direct one, at least as far as underlying sculpt goes..

They're basically Hot Toys-lite. Paint job isn't as good as Hot Toys, but i think they did a really good job at the sculpt and costumes, because you can tell on the Hot Toys that they're just stiff rubber.
Of course, Mezco's S emblem is overly thick...
