The cost under the sub is $25 per figure, plus shipping and tax. You can make it so that every figure is automatically shipped separately as they are released, which will cost more in shipping, or you can go the cheaper route and have them just ship all of them together when the sub wraps up in I guess December or something. If you go with the single ship it's going to be roughly $30 per figure after all the expenses are divided up between them. Monthly ship would probably put them over $35 each after taxes and shipping costs.
Or you can just buy the ones you like without a sub, for $30 plus tax and shipping costs on matty's site.
Or you can just buy the ones you like on ebay, which is typically always cheaper with the exception of sub exclusive figures (like Mumm-Ra) and certain high demand characters (like Panthro, probably). Using MOTUC as an example, roughly 70% of the figures that Mattel releases for MOTUC wind up below retail, with free shipping, on ebay for a few weeks after they are released. But you can get fucked with that remaining 30% of releases that skyrocket immediately upon release, and the 70% below retail have a good chance of going above retail eventually if you don't buy them early.
