I don't think they could fuck them up. I'm just a little worried about which colour scheme they're going for.
I'm not really picky about Johnny (as long as he's blond and no lipstick), but for Gyro I'd like something along these kind of colours.

Man, I just can't believe we're finally getting SBR. I remember being bummed out about not being able to get SAS SBR years ago, and it's finally come. Time sure flies... (and we're all getting old ;_;)

I'm starting to see it but I don't know if Medicos will give Josuke the whole "1.5" treatment like Jotaro.

Though getting into Medicos itself has anyone thought of ways they can improve their figures beyond the QC issues that get brought up? Something to give them an edge against the other figure companies and not purely just the licenses they caught up with (Tokyo Ghoul, Parasyte, Drifters, Ajin, and so on.) Though I wonder if they would keep pursuing the characters in each series and not just make a few and move on.

I'm almost certain pic related will be the color scheme. I wouldn't worry too much though, there's absolutely no way Gyro won't be a WF exclusive, so there's going to be at least two colours to choose from.

If/when we do get a WF exclusive I'd guess it would probably be pic related, only as Medicos seem to have a hard on for green WF repaints. I'd also say that as long as Gyro is released sometime this year, we can expect the WF February 2017 to have him as the exclusive.

If I had my way though, it would be this colourway for the WF exclusive, which may happen because if Medicos aren't jumping at green repaints, they are persistently trying to get every major character in a blue colourway.

I'm concerned about Medicos' release schedule. If we are talking about new releases, in the past we always had one every month, with maybe one month or two getting none, but 2015 was horrific, and 2016 is shaping up to not be any better:

In 2015 there were four months we didn't get any releases (one of which due to WR and Shinichi getting pushed back a month), and while the dude from Tokyo Ghoul is out in May, we don't have any announcements past Pucci, who is out in a couple of days, meaning we're not getting anything for February, and probably not for March either.

I personally don't mind the slow down for new things and Medicos will probably fill slots with Part 4 reissues this year.

Though I do wonder where Medicos stands in this business. Jojo, Kinnikumen, Tokyo Ghoul, Parasyte, Drifters, and Ajin are what they have in play at the moment with Jojo drawing in a lot.

I know you're being sarcastic, but the more I look at WF Jolyne the more I like her colours. Jolyne 1st's colours are okay, but a bit dull to me. Plus I prefer her blue/pink hair over her blue/green hair.

The biggest mistake they made with her was giving her a fuckign SE sound plate, a sound effect for string moving, instead of an actual quote like every single other WF jojo.
And they didn't even make the string color blue or red to at least match SF or a future SF. They really just dropped the ball entirely.

It just seems like an odd choice given her large range of potential colorways. It seems Medicos has a dart board with different artworks and sometimes they shoot blind and work off whatever was picked.

I don't mind the color actually but in terms of accessories to buff her status as a WF release they dropped the ball really hard and just made her out as a regular "Jolyne 2nd"

Granted I want to nab her when she's cheap enough to pose with Josuke 2nd.

the face doesn't look like gappy. the skintone is fucked 95% of times. but the body sculpt is very dynamic, and he comes with a lot of fun accessories. a decent action figure and an eh gappy. if you can find it cheap, go ahead.

Gay priest is here.

He's alright, but his articulation is definitely on the limited side. He's basically got the same body as a Part V character, but with a bunch of cloak flaps stopping his legs from doing much.

His wrists can't bend much either because his cuffs restrict them. Ball jointed hair is pretty cool though.

Also mine is a tad wall eyed. He looked ok in the package, and for the most part is fine, but depending on the angle you're looking at he can seem a bit cross eyed due to the right pupil being a little too close to the center.

considering that a lot of the appeal of Jojo are the designs, I'd say yes.

Also, it's more of an engineering issue than design issue. The pillarmen are almost naked and their legs don't move that well because of the lioncloth things they wear.

As far as I know you can't really get them seperate and Black Dio has various issues to look out for once you pop him out the box.

As for Jotaro's punch effects it's a little more spread out versus Dio's.

Yeah, most of the P5 releases come with a bunch of super tiny shit. I'm scared of losing shit by tray explosion if I ever change stuff for them. I came super close to losing Hermes' Kiss sticker, too-- I refused to vacuum until I found it, which ended up being a week later. I taped that one in there.

Moral of the story: Sweep and vacuum before opening those trays.

Trish and Spice Girl are the cheapest of the bunch if you want to start small first.
There's a bunch of Spice Girls on Mandarake for 1,500 yen and Trish is 2,000.

Other than her long skirt limiting her leg movement, I haven't experienced any problems with those two.

For The Hand I'd go with the 2nd (purple + black) release because I prefer the way it looks with Okuyasu. Also, it's it's normally the cheaper of the 2, and the first release is the exact same colors as Sticky FIngers 1st if you're getting it, so there's that.

Yeah I realized that there are color overlaps between that list and I'm trying to go with colors that stand out. The only thing I have is Jotaro Second and Star Plat third, and I want to just replace Jotaro because of his unsightly neck joint. The blue just looks really good. Sort of like the Green and white exclusive Crazy Diamond which goes for crazy prices.

Given Medicos already did Jotaro, Kira, and Josuke with their stands respectively it's realistic to think Okuyasu, Koichi, and the original Rohan to meet the next reissue schedule. Especially if nothing new is going on for those months.

I remember an anon recommending tackle boxes for sorting his accessories. List them off and makes for easy sorting and storage. GSC's Figma line seems to be the only one that manages to have a storage solution for their stuff and recent Revoltech/Vulcanlog/Union Creative aren't packing those neat boxes to store things.

Jungle and Terraformer in Rankuten are my go-to 2nd hand sites if Mandy doesn't have certain figures. Jungle is more expensive but they had decent to good drops on SAS every so often, it's the shipping that can bite you on the ass next to the 500 yen fee.

Terraformer is a little more niche and SAS stock fluctuates but there are times I saw all the Pillarmen sit there for weeks. Shipping was okay and everything was delivered nicely so it has my recommendation.

You could sit on AmiAmi's preowned area but I found more success on those sites and Mandarake for certain SAS's now.

Had a lot of fun with him and the hard parts are a plus since you can vary a display but overall he's a solid release with some notable parts but I wouldn't give up my firstborn if he suddenly becomes hard to find.
