and probably she said that because getter 1 is less "busy" in design compared to gaogaigar, after all the latter is a mix of a bullet train, a stealth bomber, a pair of...drill tanks? and a robot with a lion head on the chest, meanwhile the getter looks more "uniform", but with a more gaudy colorscheme. unless you tell people, they wouldn't think that the getter is three ships combined into one, whereas with GGG, it's clearly that the gao machines combine with galeon, but they get confused and see that there's too much stuff there.
and before you tell me i am a "getter autist", i love both series, and seeing /m/ getting fucked because of a bunch of shitposters stirring shit with the fanbases is depressing
