At 12:48 EST my package was said to be "With delivery courier" but for the last hour or so the updated tracking profile reads "Address information needed; contact DHL".

I've placed orders through Mandarake using DHL for shipping a dozen times before, there's never been an issue. Naturally, I've contacted them, but I haven't heard back. What's the deal here? I live in the US, for what it's worth.
