>>5460939>do you still collect 3 3/4 or have you jumped to black series I was done with Star wars collecting, period, in 2006. I was done with that money-leeching hobby, good riddance.
... But THEN Hasbro had to goddamn introduce their Star Wars exclusive for their new 6" line: Boba Fett with Han Solo in Carbonite.
I've been broke since because I love 6" scale.
>if yes to the first part, do you collect both?No more 3 3/4, I left that long before Black Series though
>do you love/hate the attention and influx of collectors now that there's a 6" lineLove in the sense that my enthusiasm for a new scale seems vindicated. I remember people actually saying on forums that a 6" line for Star Wars would fail horribly and blow up in Hasbro's face.
Now people are paying out the ass for a boxed Maul or Luke X-wing, when just a couple years ago they used used to pegwarm like crazy.
I hate it though, in the sense that I need to actively hunt for the shit I want now instead of just strolling into a store and seeing a few of what I want 'cause no one gave a shit before.
>is the new 3 3/4 stuff better/worse in quality and same goes for easier/harder to findFrom what I hear it's shittier. 5 points of articulation. Why would Hasbro do that?
