I have adventures that have spanned various arcs for the last 20 years. here's a summary of the last few
>pre-reboot arc
An evil toy from the post-apoc future starts killing off every good/bad guy possible to recreate the universe in his image with a universe bomb thing. the mc teams up with Homura Akemi and the fatal battle ends inside a dimensional rift, with the mc left alive while being sent to an alternate dimension
>post-reboot arc
the mc ends up in an a different world consisting of old versions of characters who are the heroes of that world (Classic TMNT, Ruby-spears mega man, movie Mario bros, etc). They are all lead by Optimus Prime who recently destroyed Megatron, and jailed every other villain in the city. the mc decides to stay in this dimension since his was destroyed, while still retaining memories of it.
Prime eventually turns evil and then plans to destroy the world the same way, using leftover evil fragments from the last bomb. He nearly succeeds until the mc knocks over the bomb to the ground during battle, which causes a different explosive reaction. The world is still safe, but the explosion temporarily opens other dimensional wormholes in the area. the mc is sucked into the one meant for him, into his original recreated world.
>post-re-reboot/Save the Smash Bros arc
the mc wakes up back in his own world, now fully recreated (factions broken up, characters changed, previous arcs retconned forever), but wakes up in the aftermath of a previous war. Bowser and his associates rule various parts of the world after defeating and imprisoning their arch-nemeses.
With the mc unable to contact his own team, while trying to catch up on everything in the recreated world, he joins summoned Honorary Smash bros Mega Man, Sonic, and Pac-man and other members of various resistance factions to save the smash bros and the new world.
