>>5487568>Is $45 for one of these high?NECA's Predators kind of shoot up in value after they're off the market. $45 is practically a standard price for figures that have been out of production for a while. The series 7 City Hunter, for example, commands one of the higher prices on the aftermarket. He usually tends to go for upwards of $60-$80 on his own.
>Any reason why the older ones would be better than these?Probably not. I mean, we do't really know anything about the ultimate versions of these figures yet, since all we've seen are the boxes, but the original Jungle Hunter and City Hunter didn't come with many accessories, IIRC. I think JH just came with the plasma caster backpack, and CH came with the spear, smart disk, and I think a skull trophy.
It is speculation right now, but based on what past Ultimate figures have come with, I'll bet the ultimate preds will come with at least two heads (masked and unmasked) maybe an alternate set of hands or two, multiple weapons, probably a trophy or two, etc, and will likely have some updated articulation.
Really, you should wait for these ultimate versions instead of getting the old ones. Or at least wait until we know what all they're going to be packed with and/or see how they look, then decide.
