>>5491994The current release date for the KS figures themselves is set for sometime in April, though most likely early May. If the 4H stick to how they've been doing things, the Pre-orders will open up to original KS backers first for a day then go open to the public after that.
Prices are most likely going to stay what they were on the KS, $18 for the non-painted Legion figures, 20ish for the "deluxe" Orc Legion figure, $33 for the main line fully painted figure assortment and $50 for the Barbarian Builder kit. Weapon sets should also be available, going 10-12 each with the banner set being like 40 or something.
Unlike previous lines they've released, the 4H have been claiming that they want these figures to be an on-going series and supposedly will carry more of these guys then any other figures they've made. With stuff like the Legion builders, figures meant to be troop built, it shouldn't be too hard to grab a few. But there were some characters which they mentioned under-performed demand wise so I can see them not being restocked or re-produced once they're gone.
Also, some time this month they're going to put up pre-orders for the four Con "Premieres" they've shown off at Toy Fair this weekend, as well as the two massive Trolls they revealed. Prices on the figures are currently unknown, but the line up includes an undead Viking, Undead Spartan, Templar Knight and an Orc "Weapon's Master", as well as the grey and green roto-cast giant Troll figures. These figures generally don't "sell-out" as they more or less make enough to fill the demand, but the pre-orders will only be open for a limited time (no more then a month, but at the very least a week).
They're good figures, and they're a lot of fun to mess around with and they certainly scratch that itch for classic knights and fantasy characters many collectors have.
