As for AB, I have Cyber, the original Barrels Speeder, Nexus and Armoroid.

I like the looks and ideas of AB, i just wish they were better figures. They're so fiddly, and the fucking revolver joint is trash.

Agreed. I got Torture Mania and he's just not that great. I had to thicken and loosen a bunch of the joints because they were either way, way too tight out of package or just refused to stay in.
Not to mention the base of the stand has completely fallen apart and did nothing to hold him up anyways.

I think its super cool that the CEO has the oppurtunity to make toys of stuff he personally loves, but there are already several revoltech gameras and gyaos's.

They re-released him (the second version, aka not the one with the octopus shield that's made of dreams) not too long ago. Probably no Legacy version for a while. They are releasing those samurai skeleton soon though.

Assemblebords are probably my favorite toy line, it's a shame I got into them so late. The year I started collecting them tho was great as, Mandarake had a bunch from time to time and I was able to acquire quite a collection.

Panzer Puncher is my favorite and I love Torture Mania, and Hades Pod.

The Jarknoids are fantastic and I cant wait to get the new ones either,

Just a shame the leg articulation is a bit poor compared to some of the more extreme figures like Raiden.

I love the Ultron but the legs always feel awkward as fuck to pose and when posed.

I sometimes spin the thigh 180 to get different poses. It will look off but not too bad because the robotic design. Good for forward high kicks.

For sure, Raiden is unmatched when it comes to articulation.
But Ultron just has this presence, which to me is the most important part of a figure's appeal.

Not him but iirc they came with those AB. Jarknoids had those clear colour ones and the ABs had a clear one with orange line patters on them. Not sure about the ABs I put those things away in a box somewhere.

SFV? People say that because they don't understand Capcom's model for it. Instead of putting out 3-5 discs like with SF4, it's just one disc that they're going to support for pretty much a decade, and you won't have to pay anything more to be up to date with any gameplay-related updates.

It's like a F2P MOBA setup but with a retail disc to get started, and considering it has 16 characters at launch I'm pretty cool with it all.

To be on-topic, I'd love some newer Street Fighter Revoltechs. I think some characters would be better than others for the line, but I'm sure some of them would be really beneficial.

SF5 was literally shit out the door early so they could use it at a major fighting tourny thats coming up very soon, that has a ton of sponsor dollars invested into it.

Your game is actually shit right now because Capcom is a bunch of greedy fucks and would rather host a tourny than provide a game in a better state of completion upon release.

I'm not so much into gaming. I only play like 3 or 4 games a year, like 5 years after they came out.

But was curious, did SF always had a weak story mode? It's what I heard about SFV and my impression was modern fighting games tend to have a decent narrative since they are using long beloved characters. They just half-assed it to make the deadline?

AT this point I could go for ANY fighting game Revoltechs.

I had some hope with Revol Mini given Kaiyodo did SFO before, but it only did some Basara guys.

Maybe SHF will try after Kinnikuman since they are of similar concept and could reuse some parts.

SF has always had a poor story mode. The only fighting games with """"""good"""""" story modes are NetherRealm's
SFV's story mode was so rushed the primary artist was given literally 2 weeks to do the comic book style story shots, and it shows. Hard.

I've wanted a set of proper-sized SF revos for a while now, I think the character designs lend themselves to the revol style very nicely.

I meant to reply earlier but I'm pretty sure he has revo joint hips. He and mitsunari are the only two with revo joint hips, the rest have swivels. I'd kill for the whole squad to get a redo with yamaguchi's current level of skill.

Sad part is I want an MGS1 Snake just because he had my favorite sneaking suit outfit. I could always snag the mini sure, but bigger is better in this case if only because he won't look right next to my other revo's as they're all the "regular" sized ones.

Love him. Was my grail after playing Heroes back in 2011 and finally got him last year in a lot of all the figures. He's very articulate, but it can be a pain to have him stand erect because of his scuplted hips, but why would he be standing idly?

I think the ones we got Legacy of were something they did till VulcanLog kicked off. Now that it has a steady lineup going on the Revoltechs that were once distributed by UC, Hobby Stock(for QB iirc), etc are not getting Legacy like they did. It was more like "going out with a bang" for classic Revoltech.

Re-releases seem to be more focused on Kenelephant distributed Sci-Fi, Takeya Revo stuff, like all the Gamera. Now that UC is more autonomous, Kaiyodo has to use the other guy to make direct profit I guess?

How much did he run you for? It must be expensive considering how much he goes for these days.

Does he have weak joints? Yukimura and Date suffered from wobbly double revoltech joint for the knees and they have problem holding their grounded poses.

Hopefully they still want to re-release older molds again. Theres no reason not to, considering all the work is already done, all they need to do is just order more from a factory.

Technically about thirty used no box. I got another back in November of last year brand new for $27, but I flipped that one for $60 cause the box was kinda beat up. No weak joints per se, but I did have an issue with changing out the sheath hand, damn wrist joint wouldn't go in for anything. I ended up using an ice pick to widen it and after a bit it worked.
