The chest cloth is just strips of cloth thats pinched down under the gray neckpiece and the lowest waist socket joint, and I left it long so it can be pulled taught depending on the direction by sliding it further under the socket or not.
The skirt was an absolute pain in the balls and I ended up sewing loops around the belt , pulling them tight, and then attatching the belt to the model like normal.
The cape is one giant square of material that you make a slice into halfway deep and put his head into the V of the slice nice and snug, then let it drape. I got a small chain and sewed it into the right spots on the V so its not quite tight to his neck and still allows movement. Then cut the cape to length around the feet. I prefer his cape kinda long, but maybe not as long as I have it, I might have to trim it more.
