What is the original idea of Toy Photography? I asked myself to my own disbelief that the change in a couple months would result to becoming big.

Toy photography is my own original idea. It follow some simple rule.
If you use expensive camera or phone camera NOT TOY PHOTOGRAPHY!

Also if you take picture of expensive toy NOT TOY PHOTOGRAPHY!

Take picture of toy in diorama and indoors? NOT TOY PHOTOGRAPHY!
Enhance and use photoshop? NOT TOY PHOTOGRAPHY!

Toy photography is fun hobby of my own concept and easy to do. If you not follow the simple rule your photo is just photo of toy no essence nothing more.

It's from a rules document that had guidelines for what sort of things were allowed, how things have to be posted, what is encouraged. The point I was ribbing them on was them saying that the guidelines didn't promote people buying the cutouts they sell, which was bullshit. The very first guideline encourages everyone to use the cutouts.

Why are all the ACBA photos I ever see so...inscrutable? They're always super complicated and there's so much going on at once that I don't know what I'm looking at anymore.
