They're only offered to be bought through a lottery system during WF I believe. I'm going bt rough memory but Wond got his through buying WF Johnathan who gets you a ticket into the lottery at the event. Wond got the winning call but you still need to pay for it but I forgot the exact cost though it isn't cheap. That's how he got the Crystal The World, not to mention how rare they are to begin with so good luck on that hunt next to the high end cost to buy one post-event.

The clear variants are a similar case and only a certain number are made like the swarvoski SAS's.

Only Wond, Baldy, and a guy named Krillen have posted theirs but obtaining them is usually a story within itself if you weren't there. Also I think another anon but he didn't namefag.

In a nutshell, shit is super limited in supply and sellers recognize the status they hold as collector items for the line hence the high cost.

Though someone did make the point you might as well get actual Swarvoski crystals and make your own crystal SAS and possibly pay less.

Wond got his Clear Killer Queen or Clear The World through a friend if I remember right. Baldy just has a lot of spending money for figures.

Yeah but I had a discussion with Wond questioning the actual number of Clear Killer Queen. Seems to be a little more out in the wild of various collectors than what the initial numbers were said when they were shown off.

Plus nowadays it seems far easier to obtain Clear The World than what I expected. Definitely low in number but not as bad as I thought so it makes SAS endgame collecting a little more easier.

Glad that Tsukiyama's pre-orders got closed; that means that means that there was enough interest in it. I mean, it's a bit late, but still.

I would be pretty salty if, due to them starting with quite a boring character with quite a meh design, it wouldn't sell and the line wouldn't be expanded.

If you're on Android I've been messing around with one just called Photo Editor and an apk from Sony for my toy photos. You can pretty much adjust the size and manage the file size on the Sony app but Photo Editor is a little more automatic if I crop the image correctly. Still comparing the quality difference.

Also the Sony app acts as a built-in editor to the gallery app of your choosing instead of a separate app to choose from on your phone.

3rd is typically the easiest and cheapest. 1st seems to pop up on Mandarake every so often last I checked, the most expensive is usually 2nd due to his soundplate.

It should come with Awakened Dio 2nd, I believe a book guide of SAS's released at that time, and a dvd for the Road Roller Papercraft but the actual paper craft is sold separately.

Also Awakened Dio 2nd has a sound plate that relates to him slamming the road roller on Jotaro.

He should be fairly cheap the last time I saw that pack sold on Mandarake.

Dio 1st or Awakened Dio 1st are usually a first option choice for that colorway. Though I have seen photos of people using WF Dio as a pairing but the color contrast of his bright red and metallic blue to the sand yellow World and darker hues doesn't work to me.

Mandy? That's my usual source of them but the price varies. There was a big batch of them for about 6k with multiple soundplates but lower than $30 is dependent on what's there. Other than that you can just grab a Black Dio or Jotaro 3rd for the punch effects and multi-hole base.

Part 3 Jotaro/Dio are undersized SAS nowadays, garbage proportions and aged sculpt.

If you still like them, go ahead. Their articulation is fine. Just be sure to grab part 2/1.5 Jotaro, or 3 if you somehow like the green.

I have Part 5 Chariot (still need to pick up Chariot 2nd myself), so I've got no frame of reference.

He feels very mobile, but the lack of legs/feet is likely a problem to some people. I also find that the round plates of his armor (at the hips) fall off very easily. For general posing purposes, I would assume that Chariot 2nd is preferred.

Regardless, Part 5 Chariot comes with very nice accessories and a sick alt head. So I think he's worth getting, but preferably for ~2000 yen or less.

One fig should cost you around 1,500yen, two around 2,000yen. As you can see it's cheaper to buy more than one at a time.

I'm in Australia as well and a lot of the time I find EMS is actually the cheapest or near enough. Here's something they sent me once when I ordered a single figure and selected SAL (I think it was Caesar, so one of the bigger boxes).

This varies a fair bit though. I think for smaller orders DHL might be the cheapest but not by much.
I'm yet to get the point to SAL to Australia. Mandarake only does registered shipment which apparently Australia Post doesn't support on Small Packet SAL which I hear is normally the cheapest for the US (?). We have SAL postal parcel which seems to be something different which is expensive and shitty.
EMS is fast and reliable, normally reaches me in about 3 days.

It has been discussed a couple of times.

Johnny will or should have Tusk Act 1 since it's pretty small. If we want to push it then Tusk Act 2 should also be packaged with Tusk Act 4 being a separate (and I'd imagine bulky) SAS with Tusk Act 3 to pair with it.

So right off the bat I'd imagine Johnny having Part 2 SAS box sizes to fit stuff in. Tusk 4 should be the most interesting if Medicos can engineer a rock solid and fairly articulated figure of it.
