Ironhide seems to have gotten queues from his movie form in various versions, so I won't bother with him.
NASCAR Wreckers (they don't have to be those specific names/characters, but I loved the armored/weaponized trio's look.
The Dreads
Pretty much all the blink-and-you'll-miss-them characters (or forms of characters) deserve another shot - Sideways, Jolt, Dino, the construction's individual modes, Stinger, the Junkyard trio, the Arcee trio, the ice cream twins.
I think the one design I'd love to see pulled off properly (movie or classics style) is AoE Crosshairs. If you could actually pull off the trenchcoat look, it'd be amazing.
