creatureplica is making a classic grey alien in their second wave of figures. They don't even have a release date guess on when that will be though, so you're in for a wait. The only other grey aliens I've seen are pretty terrible for articulation, like the old 5PoA He-Man toys from the 80's, and they're random Chinese dollar story toys that are hard to actually locate. (They also aren't naked, they're in a space suit with guns like that Destroy All Humans video game.)
