I kinda predicted it would turn out bad.

Her headsculpt was already on the masculine side in her previous releases with that huge jaw, and I thought once you combined it with the short hair and "dirty" face, it would come out looking really ugly. Its a hard figure to do well.

I'm more interested in seeing some pics the Weyland dude in peoples sets. Does he have enough articulation to even hold and shoot his rifle?

The head looks misshapen, the hair is too dark, and they used that glossy flesh tone plastic which I fucking hate.

It blows my mind how badly they fucked up this figure after they've already done the Alien and Aliens Ripley figures. And while those weren't perfect they were still miles better than this. Hopefully they can make up for it with a flawless Ressurection Ripley.

I will definitely be hunting this one down in person, I do not want to risk buying online and ending up a with a deformed mutant with crossed eyes.

I like the glossy plastic. I think it brings a ton of life to the figure. So yeah, you can drink piss for all I care, I prefer its use.

I'm probably just going to pick up the grey one if there's no improvement. It would be pretty hard for them to improve the original to be honest, unless they made the knee joints tighter/stronger somehow.

Although I am kinda annoyed Eglios or whatever his name is doesn't have elbow or wrist articulation... But I guess that's why we get to have have with double jointed elbows so that's cool.

I'm worried these aren't going to sell well though.. I mean, I NEVER hear anything about the show. And I can imagine Value Stop Ash will shelfwarm.. I guess the show did do well enough for a second season.

It's the only AvED figure on NECAs site that doesn't say prototype or whatever under it, and both Ashes have added articulation. It's very common for toy lines to take POA from one figure to add it to another.
