It's just a new promo pic that was released in Asia because the team behind KoB heard about the SOC coming so they altered the old render in hope some idiots would buy theirs thinking it was official. There's no "that version", there's only one KoB and nobody ever planned to make another one.
Go ask DW/WEP about that "licensed KoB", they'll laugh at you.
