On the hasbro pulse instagram. They reveal two people to vote for, and then put the winners in a final 4 vote. So far we have Songbird vs Solo, Typhoid Mary vs Lasher, and Citizen V vs Scream. I would love Scream to win (or even Lasher), but Songbird is probably gonna win by a mile. I half-agree.
Sure Cyclops is going to be scalped to death and back, but a lot of times people will buy figures just based on how they look or even the slightest familiarity with the character. Even if they aren't a popular character or one that appeared in the comics for ages, they can show up in other mediums (cartoon, movies, promotional art, etc.) and therefore gain that familiarity and warrant to buy their figure.

It's a Spidey figure with the articulation he should have had all along. I hope he's got a neck hinge too and that he gets alternate hands, but otherwise, the breakdown is:
-Ball joint neck(possible hinge)
-swivel-hinge-swivel shoulders
-hinge elbows

Seriously, this is pure speculation. No one knows the details. Lego certainly made the civil war set spider-man comes in a later release. It may not be a sony thing and simply a disney thing. They are particular about their princesses and so on. Like Wendy from Peter Pan is never featured with the princesses, she HAS to be with peter pan. Remember this is the company that forced yondu into infinity and wouldn't let that game be played the way kids thought it could be played.

All of this could be prevented if Hasbro would just fucking sell solid cases in a timely fashion.

They tried once, didn't make a trillion dollars in 30 seconds, backed off for awhile, and now sometimes offer them in the most ass backwards way. They either solicit them after the wave and cancel them or solicit them with the wave but drag their feet for months and then only deliver the leftovers. It's frustrating as fuck because smaller shops know what will sell and we just get fucked over and over.

Everybody here was crying for Spider Gwen and Ashoka. They were solicited in May for May delivery, along with old Han Solo (which I wanted). So I ordered Gwen and Solo. Well three days later they cancelled Solo and I'm still fucking waiting for Gwen. By the time they get here I will have to donate them to Goodwill because the mob will have moved on to the next shiny.

I have both the upc and target id number.

Good luck, you may need to have the right employee pull them and not be a dick about getting to the pallet of toys they have yet to unwrap for the resets.

Also, Avoid a call in to ask if they have them. use bricklink to search for targets in your area showing stock and actually go ask a floor employee.
The target system the customer service uses will not show them yet, but the on floor scanners will.

It is fuck huge. Here he is next to one of the larger Selects, and a couple average ones. I think he scales much, much better with the Selects, but to each their own (a sentiment you wont find often around here). If scale is important to your overall enjoyment of the figure, I'd recommend the old Toybiz or wait for the new one. If you're ok with Colossus being taller than Face Off and/or NOW! Hulk, then go for the Select.

Well if your particular character is any good/popular he/she would've a figure already. Blame the freemarket. There's already enough D-llisters crapping up the Legends line and there's not enough civilian character like Mary Jane, Aunt May, Jonah Jameson, etc

What's more annoying is that Xfags keeps getting shafted, the entire recent Xmen line comes with barely any paint even for A listers like Wolverine and Deadpool. Not to say that Captain America or GOTG line was any better

However Spiderman fans keeps getting preferential treatment from Hasbro for some reason. The figures always have more effort and paint put into it

I bought 32 gauge cloth stem wire like in this video, made 5 individual Web lines, put them in a fanning position, and cut some wire and made small web lines for the cross pattern. Took about 20 minutes or so.

Not quite right. There will be 2 new molds, the one for Spidey UK and one for Spidey 2099. They will be roughly the same height as Bucky Cap but the former will be more buff while the latter will be more lithe (and also have butterfly joints). So they're not replacing Bucky Cap but they're making 2 new molds to compliment it and allow for greater variety among that size (which is the roughly 6' mold, which a lot of characters happen to fall into).

I would say the Mark 42/43. They have excellent range of motion and have all the articulation needed more or less. I feel like all the others have flaws of varying degree., while this one does too (as any figure does, really) it feels by far the best (at least in my opinion).

I have/had all of them save for Magneto, and they sucked. The bodies are (mostly) fine, but I'm not buying bodies, I'm buying depictions of characters. They all fall really fucking short in being even the slightest bit impressive/satisfactory.

The new stuff shown at SDCC looks fucking amazing, like Hobgoblin, Green Goblin, a couple of the Spideys, etc, but the characters I previously listed are 100% previous generation hold outs that got released in a transitional period. They're on the pegs and yet they're completely archaic.

Eh, kinda fair but the molds aren't the worst and they fit the characters well enough that I would give them a passing grade. It is nice that they seem to be slowly be more open to things like sculpted details, and slowly introducing more articulation into their figures. Taskmaster is a perfect example, lots of unique parts, plus the ankle swivel right above the shin. He has to be one of the figures I was most impressed with this year in terms of Marvel Legends.

My Spider-Man case came in today, the Space Venom wave. Really great figures all around. The females don't do much for me since I'm not familiar with the characters, but Hobgoblin looks real good, Electro's great (though he should've had extra hands too), Space Venom looks interesting, even though he's the last thing I would've wanted. Ah but the Ultimate Spider-Men rule. I love the unmasked heads, I love the new bodies. Really nice work.

I had a partswap custom going for awhile before I got rid of it: Salvage head, arms, coat from Fury, place onto Winter Soldier body. Only needed to fill in the gaps on WS's let shoulder, pop some epoxy into Fury's neck hole and apply some paint, but never got around to it.
